About the role
This role exists to ensure a cohesive, proactive, and evidence-based health and wellbeing education program across Years 7–12. It supports strategic integration of Positive Education into curriculum, programs, and practices.
Lead the development and delivery of Positive Education and wellbeing programs across the secondary years
Embed mental health, relationships, consent, and digital wellbeing into curriculum and school programs
Support and coach teaching staff to integrate wellbeing practices into everyday teaching
Design engaging resources and student learning tools, including online/self-directed content
Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of wellbeing initiatives
Deliver professional learning for staff and information sessions for parents
Work collaboratively with pastoral, boarding, and co-curricular teams to enhance student wellbeing
