The Head of House is responsible for the welfare and progress of all students in their care and the management and direction of staff working within the House. The Head of House oversees the day-to-day operations of the Middle School Girls Boarding House (Years 7 to Year 8) and, more broadly, collaborating with the Head of the Middle School boys' House for a coeducational approach. Reporting to the Head of Middle School, the Head of House is responsible for the welfare and progress of all students in their care and the management and direction of staff working within the House.  The main purpose of this role will be to cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment that leverages the School’s unique context and reflects our Strategic Framework to enable wisdom and leadership in our students.
