The Head of House is an active member of the teaching staff and the School’s community. The Head of House is responsible for the welfare and progress of all students in their care and the management and direction of staff working within the House.Reporting to the Head of Middle School, the main purpose of this role will be to cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment that leverages the School’s unique context and reflects our Strategic Framework to enable wisdom and leadership in our students.A Teaching background in Humanities, Science, Mathematics, English, or Careers will be an advantage.It is essential that the successful candidate is an experienced leader with VIT registration, who has held a similar position previously.
