Someone who has experience and flexibility to teach across multiple disciplines.About the role:Reporting to the Head of Adventure Education, the key responsibilities of this role include:To assist the Head of Adventure Education to plan, implement and regularly evaluate the Adventure Education Programme and the related outdoor activities.Assist in planning for the safety and welfare of all students and staff whilst involved in all Adventure activities – overnight, day trips or multiple day trips.Assist in the development of new Adventure Programmes for students across Toorak, Bostock and Corio Campuses.Coordinate logistics associated with the programming, planning and running of Adventure Activities.Assist in the procurement and maintenance of Adventure related equipment.This role will involve term break, weekend and overnight work.About you:Applicants must possess:Experience in a similar roleDemonstrated success leading adventurous expeditions and camps with adolescentsA student-centred focus and high-level interpersonal and communication skillsA comprehensive understanding of risk management and experience developing and leading logistically complicated programs. Furthermore, an ability to interact proactively and positively with a variety of key stakeholders and experience leading and managing staff are requiredOutdoor Education qualifications.
