Timbertop (approximately 245 students) is a boarding campus for all Year 9 students, located near Mt Buller in Victoria's Alps. All teaching staff live on the campus and students spend the entire year at Timbertop taking part in hiking, recreational and community service activities.

We are seeking a Campus Business Manager - Timbertop, where you'll be the driving force behind day-to-day administration, facilities, and business services. Working closely with senior leaders and managing a dynamic team, you’ll ensure the campus runs smoothly and strategically. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of the operational heartbeat of a thriving campus. As Campus Business Manager, you’ll oversee everything from financial governance and budget planning to facilities, grounds, catering, and health services. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage key service contracts, and work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and major projects.
Your role will span planning, payroll timesheet oversight, procurement, and compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability. You’ll also play a key part in staff engagement, risk management, and emergency planning, making this a truly diverse and impactful leadership position.
